"All my life I've used TOA for different ailments, injuries and fractures. In the next couple of weeks Dr. Winters will be doing a shoulder replacement on my right shoulder. He was in the room listening intently while I described my situation. He then gave me a couple of options. Every time that I go to the Oxford office everyone is always happy to see me. Sarah the physical therapist assigned to my case is always professional, respectful, and very polite. She listens to what I have to say, and when I start to grimmace from the exercises she is doing on my shoulder, she backs off. As a EMT-Paramedic and patient I highly recommend TOA and their staff to any one that is in need of their services."
