No one looks forward to an extended hospital visit. But the staff at North Carolina Specialty Hospital works to ensure that patient stays are as comfortable as possible
One great thing we offer is providing all patients with a private room. Each room, nearly 600 square feet in size, offers modern amenities such as flat-screen TV’s, free Wi-Fi, private bathrooms, individual climate controls and is designed to allow patients to recover in a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The staff of North Carolina Specialty Hospital feels very strongly about offering patients delicious and nutritious cuisine. The hospital maintains a full-time, private chef for the convenience of its patients. The North Carolina Specialty Hospital chef can cater to any dietary restrictions, and ensures that patient meals are made fresh daily to the highest standard.
Mail and Floral arrangements will be delivered to the patients rooms. Floral arrangements must be transported by family/friends if patient is being transferred to the rehabilitation hospital.
North Carolina Specialty Hospital is a smoke-free environment. The uses of tobacco products on this campus are prohibited.

Should we not meet your expectations or if you are dissatisfied with your care, please express those concerns in writing or verbally with a member of our staff right away. If an employee is unable to meet your needs, please ask to speak with a manager.
