Customer Service Appreciation Celebration

Excellent customer service is always a top focus at North Carolina Specialty Hospital. This new initiative is set to provide our staff with consistent and effective tools to continue to provide outstanding and superior customer service throughout our organization. As our new approach to customer service begins, we will include staff members throughout various departments of the organization to assist with the implementation of the new customer service guidelines. By implementing practices such as scripting, that will help staff become consistent in their customer service approach. The kickoff event, held on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 was the beginning of our "We Are Listening" campaign and as always, remember, "Our Specialty is You!"
