Dr. John Kaspar
John V. Kaspar, MD, is an experienced urologist with more than 25 years of experience in urology and urologic surgery. He provides care at Associated Urologists of North Carolina’s Cary and Raleigh offices, specializing in female urology, urinary incontinence, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Dr. Kaspar earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed his urology residency at Pennsylvania State University. Before joining Associated Urologists of North Carolina in 2011, he practiced for 14 years at Wayne Urological Associates in Goldsboro, NC.
Recognized for his expertise in advanced urologic treatments, Dr. Kaspar was among the first physicians in North Carolina to offer InterStim therapy and the first in the state to perform the UroLift® procedure in an office setting. He also holds subspecialty certification in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (FPMRS).
Outside of practice, Dr. Kaspar enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and staying active.
